friends of crazy crazy

Many of our friends are fellow musicians and performers that we create magical songs and videos with. Some are just people who we think are awesome. Take a gander.

Friends of the Lowlifes are:

The Ballatician$

A sensation from upstate New York, this group has between 5 and 30 members, including some of Amateur Prose. They released their first album (free) and they continue to do cock-rocking shows. If you like Dipset, Dipset, and Dipset, you'll love the Ballatician$.

Skuggan av Svampen

Floss Dworkin's homeland crew - including Skivling, Seamus, and Vandalex (who recently passed away, much love). They have two group albums and Seamus released a solo album entitled The Calm One. (All are free at their website). Truly awesome, even if you can't understand the language.

Amateur Prose

Kneverknown, along with Bustin Fabulous and Krim (different from Sasha and Krim), formed Amateur Prose. They have released two EPs and are currently promoting purple drank's alternative: Blue Drink.

'Hubcap Henry' Nordiques

Hubcap Henry does a ton of the beats here at Crazy-Crazy. He's finishing his first solo CD. His music is very electronic, somewhat 80s, and minimally minimal. It could be classified under 'rap' or under 'experimental;' we really have no idea. But we do know it's awesome. When will his solo cd come out? We don't know so for now - you can check him out at his myspace page.

Fuck You, Penguin

This is a hilarious site that comments on cute and lovely animals. We love it because we followed it for months before we found out it was one of our close friends from highschool that we lost contact with. Now he has books and shit. Jeez. Plus, his other book is on Nas' Illmatic, so he obviously is down with the Craze.

Grand Buffet

Grand Buffet is not associated with Crazy Crazy, but they are our collective favorite little-known rap group (because we can't get a consensus on NWA, Eazy-E, Bone Thugs, Big L, Wutang, Geto Boys, and all the awesome Southern rappers out right now).
